Marquette vs Butler -4 O/U 153.5
Super Tuesday kicks off with an early Big East Matchup between the Golden Eagles and the Bulldogs. I find it interesting that Marquette is such a large road favorite here. Sure they had a good non-conference but having to lay points against a team on the road isn’t exactly in their wheelhouse. The Golden Eagles are not a good rebounding team ranking 284th in the nation to Butler at 139th. I am also concerned that they only shoot 72.5% free throws to Butler ranking 6th in the nation at 79%. This isn’t good for road favorites. Butler has been a different team since mid-January winning 5 out of their last six games. If Butler can just limit their three point game, they should have some advantages down low in second chance points as well as shooting the long ball themselves ranking 51st in adjusted three point percentage. I think this game is too close for four points.
