I think that it is fair to say that Oklahoma State was vastly overrated coming into the season. It is also fair to say that there is some quit in this team as they had lost three of their last four games by double digits. One thing that I do know, is that Mike Gundy will have these kids trying to leave the season on a good note. Give credit to Colorado this year. This team made it all the way to 8-3 with one game left to go. In saying that, the Buffalo’s numbers have been a bit pedestrian for what is considered a good team. They are at a nice .75 net yards per play, but they only rank 38th in offensive success rate and 44th in defensive EPA. Oklahoma state has been worse at -.98 yards per play with an offensive success rate of 63rd and a defense that hasn’t stopped anyone this year. I am not sure that the Cowboys will need defense to cover this spread. The Pokes are at least averaging 29.64 points per game to Colorado at 32.91. It’s also not like Colorado’s defense is a world beater allowing 24 points per game and 372 yards per game. I think Colorado wins this game, but it will probably be by 14 points or less. Take the Pokes.
