Pittsburgh vs St Louis -122 O/U 7.5

The Pirates just got off of a decent series where they split at home with San Francisco.  They were trailing in every game at some point and then dominated in the 9th innings in the end of two of their games in this four game series.   The Cardinals are coming off of a brutal sweep courtesy of the Padres and will be looking to regroup here at home.   JT Brubaker is a decent pitcher for the Bucs, and he will take the mound having a 4.12 FIP this year.  John Gant is pitching for the Cardinals sporting a 4.35 FIP which isn’t too shabby.   Gant is the better pitcher considering that he had better numbers in the previous years and he also only allowed 1 earned run the last time he faced the Pirates in Pittsburgh.  Pitt ranks 28th in wRC+ and St. Louis ranks 19th.  Take the Cardinals for a bounce back win.

Chicago White Sox vs Minnesota Twins +102 O/U 8.5

Last night these two teams played each other and the Sox scored a massive 16 runs to the Twins 4.  The Twins are a team that has been quite hard to figure out this year and they currently rank dead last in the division.  The White Sox are a little easier to figure out in that you do not bet against them vs left handed pitching.  The good thing for Minnesota is that righty Michael Pineda is pitching and his ERA isn’t terrible vs Chicago at 3.38 over 61 innings.   The White Sox also have an ace up at the mound in Lance Lynn who is boasting a massive 2.29 FIP and a 1.3 ERA over 34 innings this year.   The wind is blowing in from right field making it harder for the left handed batters to hit it deep vs these right handed starting pitchers.  I think there is some good value on the under in this game.

Instead I like to think of myself as a great compiler of information who specializes in the Big 10, but also handicaps all NFL, NCAA football, UFC, Basketball, Horse Racing and more! I encourage people to specialize in a conference or division that will help give them the greatest edge in their sports wagers. I am never against a person betting against their favorite teams when the situation is right.
