Well I must say that this line smells. Feels kind of short with one of the lesser teams close to even money against the world series champions. I think all that you need to know is written in this line. Zac Gallen takes the helm for the snakes today boasting a 2.22 ERA and a 2.8 FIP over 44 innings. 8.66 K/9 innings. That is some darn good stuff. On the other hand, Spencer Strider has sliced his way into the league like he is some king in the Lord of The Rings boasting a massive 2.22 ERA and a 1.45 FIP over 24 innings. 13.44 K/9 innings is quite impressive for the young lad. Atlanta’s hitting has fallen off this year only ranking 17th in wRC+ while Arizona ranks 24th respectively. This game is played in a controlled climate at Chase Field so it’s all about the pitching today. Now Arizona’s bullpen is 4th worst in the league in FIP so I do not trust them, but what I do trust is these pitchers to get to the 6th inning with a pretty good performance and a very low score. I am taking the 1st 5 under the 4.5
