Tigers vs Mariners -180 O/U 7
This one isn’t too hard to figure out. The Mariners are feeling fat and happy after the all-star break. They get to stay home while Detroit (who had pretty much no contributions to the all-star weekend) has to travel. Edwardo Rodriguez takes the helm for the Tigers with a great ERA of 2.64 and a pretty good FIP of 3.34. Luis Castillo who is Seattle’s ace takes the mound with a 2.85 ERA and a 3.78 FIP. Pretty comparable this year but that is not why I am making these plays. The Tigers are flat out garbage at hitting the ball. They rank 30th in wRC+ while the Mariners rank 14th. Being at home, I feel that the Mariners are gonna stay in the race while the Tigers may be thinking trades. Take Seattle
