Sometimes, I do not think that the market watches much for football. It is true that the Browns beat the Ravens last week, but the fact is that the Ravens did more do themselves that the Browns did to them. Jameis Winston might be a small upgrade over DeShawn Watson as the Browns quarterback, but it doesn’t warrant them being anywhere near the Chargers in strength. The Browns rank an abysmal 28th in offensive EPA. They can’t run or pass the ball well. The Chargers rank 22nd in rush EPA and 18th in pass EPA. On Defense, the Chargers are number two overall in defensive EPA. The Browns are 18th. There is also a big coaching advantage with Jim Harbaugh over Kevin Stefanski. No way the Browns beat both Harbaughs back to back. I expect some picks from Famous Jameis today and the Chargers winning comfortably.
