Philadelphia 76ers (-3.0) @ Golden State Warriors 10:00pm est
The 30-13 Philadelphia 76ers look to keep their 4 game road win streak going even though they will be without Joel Embid again. In the last 10 games the 76ers are 8-2, and are averaging 119.2 points per game, while shooting 50.0% from the field.
Golden State’s last outing was a loss on the road 111-103 against the Memphis Grizzlies. The big story line for tonight’s game is that Steph Curry will be out. Curry is putting up 29.0 points per game, and is the leader on the court for the Warriors. Andrew Wiggins has stepped up as well averaging 18.5 points per game, in the Warriors last 10 games.
It is very easy to sit here and say the Warriors are horrible without two time MVP Stephen Curry. But Golden State is so much worse than horrible. They are at the bottom of the food chain without him. The Warriors have no offense and they struggle to score when he is gone. With out Curry, and going up against the 2nd ranked defense in the NBA, this is going to be a bad night for Golden State.
Prediction: Philadelphia 76ers -3.0
