Oh hello. Happy Friday, but more importantly: I LOVE that we finished the week on a 6-2 tear in NBA picks! We’re also 31-15 (67%) the last 18 days. No big deal.
Which leads me to this: What we’re doing right now – the +44 units since Jan 1, the +21 units the last 17 days, the +11 units in CBB the last 3 weeks – this shit is NOT normal. Many of you are receiving discounts for these picks and it’s literally impossible to not make money if you just follow our unit allocation. So I ask: please do what you can to spread the word about FarleyBets! It would mean a lot to me. Onto Friday, and look forward to our UFC picks tomorrow, too.
CBB Picks:
- Butler +9 **
- Butler gets a high momentum ranking on Haslametrics and it’s easy to see why. The Bulldogs tough defense keeps them in games and their offense has improved, with impressive wins over DePaul and Marquette recently. Saint John’s barely beat them 2 weeks ago; I think this game stays close, too.
- Harvard -15 *
- This is as ugly as it gets, but Columbia is historically bad this year and it’ll be a cold day in hell if the Lions perform like they did in their first contest against Harvard. Columbia shot an insane 55.2% from the field, including 48% from beyond the arc in that game, and they STILL lost by 9 points. Bound to regress, I like Harvard to win and cover at home.
- Purdue Fort Wayne -5.5 *
- This is a square-ass pick but the pace of PFW should be too much for Green Bay, even at home.
NBA All Star Picks (these will NOT count towards my NBA season record – play at your own risk, but this is where I see value):
- Luke Kennard to win 3-point shooting contest (+500)
- Luka wins All-Star MVP (+1400)
- Team LeBron over 163.5 (-115)
If you ever have any questions, message me here, on Twitter, or on Instagram. I will make myself available from 9am to 5pm every day, but please don’t expect an answer outside of those hours. I gotta shut it down sometimes. All picks are 1-5 stars based on unit size and confidence. 3 star picks are rare, 4-5 star picks are VERY rare. -Chris
