883 Mercer -3.5 (-110)** at 884 The Citadel
Citadel’s fast pace makes them dangerous as a dog for sure, but we have two teams headed in different directions as Mercer has been solid in conference play while The Citadel has shown to be one of the weaker teams in the SoCon. Mercer comes in winning 3 of L4 in conference while The Citadel is losers of L3 of 4. Mercer has dominated this series winning both matchups last season by 20 or more points. Mercer’s size should give them the advantage in this one and be the key to slowing down this Citadel squad. Four points is not a huge ask for a team needing wins in Mercer after a bad start to the season, give me Mercer laying the points.
