6:30pm ET- Georgia Tech vs UCF: The Yellow Jackets got bowl eligible in a season one was not expecting. With quality wins vs Mia FL, UNC, and Virginia. Two of the three as double-digit dogs. Scoring points was not a problem for 1st year head coach Brent Key who ironically was on the UCF coaching staff from 2005-2015. Needless to say, he’s going to want to ball out versus his former team. Bringing in Texas A+M transfer QB Haynes King proved to be the right move. Throwing for over 2700 yards and 26 TD’s, while running for over 600 yards and 9 TDs on the ground. This team can score, eclipsing 40 points 3x this season, 30 points 6x and 20+ in all 12 games. Now get to face a UCF defense who struggled mightily stopping the run in 2023 facing some tough Big 12 teams. Facing Guz Malzahn, who has not fared well in bowl games in his career going 3-6 might be the perfect match-up for the Jackets. UCF will get their yards and score their points, but I don’t believe it will be enough! GT pulls the upset and gets their 1st bowl win since 2016 in Tampa and wins the Gasparilla Bowl.

Georgia Tech +5.5 (-110) to win 1.2 units

Georgia Tech ML +165 risk 0.3 units
