This field is pretty wide open minus the 5 and 12 horse so I don’t want to put a huge investment on this one. This race is a bit longer than most of these horses are used to, so I want to play some closers with (1) Major Fed and (10) Enforceable. I have to include the Pletcher horse (9) Portos who has hit the board each of his last 3 races. My favorite horse is (14) Modernist here because he is trending up in speed, won at Fairgrounds before, and his Pedigree is from 2010 Uncle Mo who excelled in 2 turn races.
