Prediction:
- If there is one obvious thing about this game, it’s that Seton Hall is squarely on the bubble on the outside looking in. The Johnies are comfortably in the tournament as a five seed.
- It’s senior night in Newark New Jersey and the Pirates have themselves three senior starters.
- The interesting thing about this game is not just that you have two teams both with poor offenses and great defenses, it’s also the fact that there is a huge difference in pace as the Red Storm like to run ranking 52nd in Tempo to the Pirate’s who play quite slow ranking 293rd.
- I am not exaclty sure who is going to win this pace battle, but I do think that the kids over at Seton Hall play hard for their coach.
- Some would look at the shooting percentages here and take the under. I do not disagree with that, but I also kinda like the dog here. Seton hall has had some very close games against UCONN and St John’s earlier this season only losing each by a few points. I think that Friday is their night to shine on senior night.
