I think the market is completely wrong on this one. It’s an extreme overreaction to the Bulls being an under team most of the season, and the playoff narrative where more defense is played. Now they’re not wrong, there is definitively more defense in the playoffs. Unfortunately, well fortunately for over backers, since Ademayo’s press conference after the Nets game. Where he stated, “we are sluggish and running out of gas.” They have given up 111.5 points a game in those 9 affairs, and it just appears they have stopped playing defense. Which bodes very well for a Chicago squad who has a myriad of options to score points. They can shoot from the perimeter if the Heat get lazy, or the second lanes open up, they have enough quickness to explode to the rack. Ironically in the 2nd half of the season, Chicago has picked it up offensively, specifically on the road. Scoring 109 points or more in their last 10 contests away, with the exception of the Bucks game, because for some odd reason that series always stays under. With this being a win or go home scenario, we could also be the beneficiary of extra points late in the game. I think anything under 210 is just too low, if you want to get cute for bonus plus money, find some alternate lines and bring the total upwards. This will be a 2 UNIT play for me.

We missed quite nauseatingly with our 1st half +3.5 vs the Pelicans, then followed it up by backing the Pel’s in the 2nd half. Brain fart on my behalf, so we move on. Give me the ‘inexperienced’ Thunder Friday night! Not sure we can call them that anymore, as they look like a veteran team at times. Now Minnesota is in all kinds of disarray, between the Gobert drama, is Gobert hurt/not hurt, texting the team sorry, losing McDaniels for the season due to a bad temper and essentially blowing the game in LA just nights ago. I think they will kiss their season goodbye Friday night, not due to lack of talent because they have plenty of that, but many contributing factors. One being, over and over again, they just don’t score in the 4th quarter. Give me the points, and let’s sprinkle a light ML play.
