Premiums, 2.10
Hey Everyone!
- Heat -4.5 **
- CJ McCollum and the new-look Pelicans are getting over-valued against a Heat team that’s healthy and off 3 days rest. We can’t not take advantage of this number.
- Raptors -8 *
- Is this ugly? Yes. Is it a less than ideal spot for the Raptors? Yes. But the Rockets’ main man, Christian Wood, is going to face 101 problems against the lengthy front court of Toronto. Gotta take the Raptors for one more road win.
- Clippers/Mavs under 216 **
- All Dallas does is play slow and hit unders – this total is inflated because of the Clippers’ recent high scoring games, but look who they faced – fast-paced teams like the Bucks, Lakers, Hornets, and Grizzlies. This game won’t yield as many scoring opportunities.
- 1Q under 9.5 **
- 1H under 23.5 *
- Odell over 5.5 catches (+110) ** (this is great value)
- Bengals +4 *
- Bengals 3rd QTR ML (+100) **
- Parlay: Rams ML + under 48.5 ** (2 units to win 3.88 units)
- Uzomah to score a TD (+400) *
NCAAM Wednesday Action
306133 Binghamton +18.5** at Vermont
Money coming in on Vermont who, like Richmond, seems to be a wiseguy darling. We’re seeing this line up to -19.5 at some sharper books. Somebody clearly likes Vermont tonight. The Catamounts are certainly capable of scoring ranked 19th in offensive efficiency so this one could turn into a blowout. Vermont is also a solid 6-3 ATS as a home favorite, but only 5-4 ATS as a double-digit favorite.
Binghamton comes in with an ugly 10-10 SU record on the season, but as an away dog they’re 6-2 ATS. The market clearly does not like the Bearcats, who come into this one ranked 298th in the country in scoring. This America East conference has been an exciting one to follow and more competitive than the teams’ conference records show. Yes, Vermont is the creme de le creme, but we have seen them fall asleep with some of these leads. Binghamton knows this is their chance to get some recognition in the America East, coming in 2nd in their standings, 7-4 ATS in conference play. I like the Bearcats to give the Catamounts at least somewhat of a scare tonight. Best to wait until right before tipoff as Vermont money seems to keep coming.

*CBB(1u): Georgia/Florida OVER 143.5(-110)–5:30 PM CT
Georgia likes to push the pace, ranking 80th in pace. They likely deploy this strategy because, with a defense that ranks 283rd in defensive efficiency, it’s really their only way to remain competitive in the SEC. This strategy has led to the Bulldogs scoring 76 PPG over their past 4 games, and tonight, they’ll face a Florida defense that ranks outside the Top 50 in defensive efficiency. Florida doesn’t like to push the pace too much, but they are fairly efficient and will face arguably the worst offense in CBB tonight. Whether Florida blows Georgia out or the ‘Dogs keep this close, I see more than 143.5 points tonight.
*NBA(1u): Warriors/Jazz UNDER 224.5(-110)–9:10 PM CT
Utah seems as if they have started to turn a corner, but when you consider who they’ve played, I begin to have my doubts. Over their 3 game win streak, they’ve beaten the Nuggets(who were without Nikola Jokic) and then two organizations in complete shambles in the Nets and Knicks. I think those performances skew their recent offensive efficiency numbers greatly, and facing a Warriors defense that ranks 1st in defensive efficiency this season, I think we see the Jazz take a step back. That said, Golden State will be without Klay Thompson tonight as he rests(for some reason) in preparation for the Knicks game tomorrow. While Rudy Gobert is still out for Utah, the Warriors don’t have a consistent post presence to take advantage of his absence; I trust Utah’s perimeter defense to hold down the fort. The last time these two teams met, we saw just 186 total points. While I’m not saying this game will finish quite that low, I certainly think this total is too high given how these teams match up.
February 9th Premium Plays
*CBB(1.5u): Oklahoma +3(-110) vs Texas Tech–8 PM CT
Texas Tech showed major signs of regression in their last game at West Virginia; while they ended up pulling out a win, that was much more due to West Virginia shooting just 24% from the floor. The Red Raiders will now have to play their second straight road game against an Oklahoma team that NEEDS this win for NCAA Tournament purposes. I’ll admit that the Sooners have not looked good as of late, but this is still a Top 50 team according to KenPom that plays great defense. Texas Tech is not at full strength, and from a pure spot perspective, this game points squarely towards the Sooners. I’ll put my money where my mouth is and make this tonight’s best bet.
*CBB(1u): George Mason ML(-115) vs Richmond–6 PM CT
These teams played just two days ago in Richmond, with the home team squeaking by with a 3 point win. However, George Mason’s best player(Josh Oduro) didn’t play, and even so, George Mason still covered the 7.5 point spread comfortably. Coming back home to Fairfax and likely welcoming back Oduro tonight, this line doesn’t seem as if it has adjusted enough for the double-header spot. I like the Patriots to get some quick revenge at home tonight.
*CBB(1u): Tulane +10(-110) @ Memphis–7 PM CT
Bettors seem to think Penny Hardaway’s Memphis team has finally turned a corner, but I’m not so convinced. While the Tigers have won 3 games in a row, this team has been totally unreliable all season and will never get my money again. Tulane beat Memphis outright earlier this season; while you might think this sets up well for Memphis to get some revenge, it’s a whole different story when you’re talking about laying a double-digit spread. To be quite honest, this line is disrespectful towards Tulane. The Green Wave are fresh off a 20 point win against ECU and have held up nicely on the road this season, with outright wins at Wichita State and Cincinnati, as well as covers at Houston, UCF, and Florida State. I expect this to be a much tighter game than this spread would indicate.
*CBB(1u): Mississippi State +1.5(-110) vs Tennessee–8 PM CT
Tennessee has much better metrics than I would’ve ever guessed. In other words, this team just doesn’t pass the “eye test”. While that analysis isn’t concrete, what is concrete is that the Vols have not stepped up in tough spots on the road this season. They were uncompetitive on the road against Kentucky and LSU, and also lost at Texas and Alabama. You might not think Mississippi State belongs in that same category, but I would beg to differ. The Bulldogs are a tournament team that has already picked up home wins against Alabama and Arkansas this season. They did lose to Arkansas in Fayetteville this past Saturday, but they were competitive until the end in one of the toughest atmospheres in CBB. I think the Vols continue to struggle in big spots tonight.
CHA/CHI Line Shot Up Quick!
Premiums for Feb 9 (16-5, +18 units in NBA this week!)
What’s going on, everyone! Wow, what a fucking week! If your bankroll is like mine (and it should be based on the plays and units we’re giving out), you should be earning plenty of extra income the past 7 days (and really the past month)! I mean it when I say that nothing makes me feel more fulfilled than piling up cash in your wallets – LETS, FUCKING, GO!
- Spurs/Cavs (-7)
- Should the Cavs win and cover? Yes. But give time for LaVert to transition, and my number is right around where the books have it.
- Bulls/Hornets over 232 *
- I think the Hornets can set the pace in this game (and potentially win) – the Bulls haven’t shown a ton of defense these days (bottom 5 in the NBA the past month), and the Hornets are DUE for some offensive explosion. Probably not much resistance from Charlotte’s defense in this one either.
- Lean, Raptors -9.5
- Are the Raptors a good team on the road? Some don’t think so; I think it’s been exaggerated. The Thunder are extremely shallow in the front court. I also have this number right around market, but do I think Toronto could blow them out? Yes.
- Warriors/Jazz (-2)
- Really tough game here. The Warriors are in a rough spot and they’re without Klay tonight. The Jazz are still a really good basketball game and they’re due for a surge of positive regression. Lean Utah.
- Lakers/Blazers (+8.5)
- NO chance I’ll play on either of these two horrible teams, although there’s probably some value on LAL after yesterday’s poor showing. Lean over, naturally, since both teams can’t play defense.
- T-Wolves/Kings (+9)
- How the hell do you bet on this game? It’s a back-to-back against the same team, same situation. Should it go over? Yes. Should the T-Wolves KILL the Kings? Yes. But many things can happen in these situations. The Timberwolves can rest players, etc. Avoid.
- Bama -6 *
- They need a win, and likely very little resistance from Ole Miss. Can Ole Miss keep up? Don’t think so.

Course/ Tournament History:
The Phoenix Open originated in 1932 under the name of the Arizona Open. It was then switched to the Phoenix Open in 1934 however there was no tournament that year. The current sponsor Waste Management took over the naming rights in 2010.
This tournament is the best attended event in golf, with a four-day attendance of roughly half a million people. In 2016, the PGA Tour record single day attendance record was broken with 618,365 fans entering the grounds. The Waste Management Phoenix Open is basically one big party centered around the Par 3 16th. It’s referred to as “The Coliseum” and is essentially a free for all where spectators are encouraged to make noise.
In 1987 the event moved to TPC Scottsdale where it is currently held. Prior to TPC Scottsdale, the tournament was held at Phoenix Country Club and Arizona Country Club.
Course Guide/ Scorecard:
TPC Scottsdale is a Par 71 that plays just over 7,250 yards. Given the presumed weather conditions for the week, approach shots will be crucial this week. The green’s are on the small size which is why Greens in Regulation and SG: Approach are key stats this week. The 3 Par 5’s on the course are long but, TPC Scottsdale does feature some very short Par 4’s that players will need to take advantage of.
The Field/ Odds:
We have a star-studded cast this week for the Waste Management Phoenix Open. 14 of the top 20 players in the world will be at TPC Scottsdale. Jon Rahm, will return back to Arizona, where he played his college golf at Arizona State. He’s the currently ranking #1 in the Official World Golf Rankings and has played historically well in this event, but has never won. Rahm is the odds on favorite to win at +600 followed by Justin Thomas (+1000), 2016 & 2017 winner Hideki Matsuyama (+1400) and OWGR #3 Viktor Hovland (+1600). Hovland returns from the Middle East where he won the Slync.io Dubai Desert Classic on the DP World Tour.
Other notable names include Patrick Cantlay (+1600), Jordan Spieth (+1600), Xander Schauffele (+2000), and 2015 & 2021 winner Brooks Koepka (+3000).
