UFC 276 Free Plays – Sports Betting
Pedro Munhoz vs Sean O’Malley -300
I am on vacation so I am going to make my points quick. Sean O’Malley a big favorite because of his massive striking ability at over 8 significant strikes per round. Pedro Munhoz is good competition for O’Malley being that the Sean hasn’t faced much competition up to this point. Munhoz is a solid 19-7 tier two fighter who fights the best in his class. Munhoz is a BJJ blackbelt who has a very good ground game. If you dive into his record, all of his losses were by decision which tells you that he can take a beating. Eight of Pedro’s 19 wins were by submission, and that is the only way that I think that the can get it done vs O’Malley. I see two paths to victory. O’Malley by decision and Munhoz by submission which is a massive value.
O’Malley by decision +175 – 1 star
Munhoz by submission +1100 – .5 star
Bonus play: Barber with Garry +114 – 1 star – Both fighters win but I don’t know if decisions or ITD
July 1st MLB Plays
We wrapped up the month of June with a 2-0, +2.1u night! I’m rolling with a trio of plays for tonight looking to start the weekend off strong. To receive a text when I release/add any plays, join my Telegram group.
*MLB(1u): Brewers -1.5(-120) @ Pirates–6:05 PM CT
It’s Corbin Burnes Day! I’m 5-1 backing Burnes this season, and we’ll look to add to that tonight. Burnes has been brilliant once again here in 2022, taking a 2.41 ERA and 0.92 WHIP into tonight’s start. Burnes has also had more success on the road each of the past two seasons. The Pirates offense has improved throughout the course of the season, but they are still outclassed in these kinds of matchups. While they have scored 8 runs in each of their past 2 games, they scored just 13 runs in the 5 games before that. The Brewers were without their 3 back-end bullpen arms in last night’s game, but Boxberger, Williams, and Hader are back available tonight; they very well might be the best 7-8-9 inning combo in the league.
Pirates SP Roansy Contreras has pitched to a sub-3.00 ERA here in his rookie campaign, but a 1.35 is a pretty clear indicator that is not sustainable. Contreras is walking over 4 batters per 9 innings and leaving over 80% of runners on base, a big reason why his FIP(or expected ERA) is above 4.00. The Brewers offense is in very good current form entering tonight, scoring 6 runs/game over their last 7 games. The Pirates bullpen ranks a measly 24th in bullpen WHIP and will likely be without their best arm in David Bednar tonight after he threw 30 pitches last night.
The stars seem to align for the Brewers in this matchup, and I’m willing to pay a bit of a premium with Burnes on the mound.
*MLB(1u): Mets -1.5(+100) vs Rangers–6:10 PM CT
Mets SP Chris Bassitt was one of the most underrated pickups of this past offseason; I think he was the perfect addition for this Mets team. It hasn’t taken Bassitt long to adjust to his new ballpark; in 8 starts at Citi Field this season, Bassitt holds an impressive 3.16 ERA and 1.05 WHIP. The Rangers are underrated against left-handed pitching, but I really don’t like how they match up against established righties. Texas ranks 22nd in the league with a 91 wRC+ against right-handed pitching, and they haven’t found any more success on the road. Bassitt is also familiar with this Rangers lineup from his time with the A’s; tonight’s projected starters for Texas are a combined 4 for 49 in their past matchups with Bassitt.
Rangers SP Glenn Otto has been hit-or-miss here in his rookie campaign(5.31 ERA, 1.51 WHIP), and he enters tonight in poor current form. Otto was shelled by the lowly Nationals in his last outing, allowing 6 ER in just 2 innings. While the Mets struggled with the bats earlier this week against the Astros, they have been incredibly consistent against right-handed pitching in their home ballpark all season(4th in wRC+). This lineup can win in more ways than one and don’t rely too heavily on the deep ball.
While the Rangers’ bullpen has been a pleasant surprise this season, I have my doubts as to how much longer that’s going to hold up. The Mets’ bullpen overall has been shaky, but I still trust their back-end arms in this matchup, particularly when I expect Bassitt to go deep in this game to begin with.
*MLB(1u): Astros F5 -0.5(-115) vs Angels–7:10 PM CT
Astros SP Cristian Javier is coming off a 7 inning/0 hit performance in Yankee Stadium, but that has little to do with this handicap(other than to show he’s in good current form). Javier has been dominant pitching at Minute Maid Park this season, entering tonight with a 1.95 ERA, 0.93 WHIP, and 11 K/9. While the Angels have hit righties pretty well at home, they rank just 23rd in wRC+ vs righties on the road this season. In general, this lineup has taken a massive step back over the last month after a fast start.
Angels SP Michael Lorenzen has found success at Angel Stadium, but outside of one outing in Oakland, he has been utterly brutal on the road. Overall, Lorenzen holds a 6.14 ERA and 1.47 WHIP away from home this season and is striking out less than 6 batters per 9 innings in this role. The Astros scratched across 4 runs in 3.1 innings at Minute Maid earlier this season, and I would expect a similar result tonight. After struggling in their home ballpark over the first two months, the Astros sat behind only the Blue Jays in wRC+ at home during the month of June. I’m hopeful the Astros will get Jeremy Peña back for tonight as well and continue to take in their friendly confines.
Premiums, 7.1 and a Note
Nice to see some wins at the end of the day but good lord, it’s been bad-beat city in the MLB and the Twins starting off our day in that fashion was rather infuriating.
Rob Vinciletti: Thursday MLB Totals Play
Thursday card has the N.L. West Play of the Month a 5* WNBA headlining a big Card MLB Ranked #1 overall. Comp Play below.
On Thursday the MLB comp Play is on the Under in the NYY at Houston Astros game at 6:10 eastern. The game fits a solid totals system that plays under for road favorites off a -200 or higher home favored win vs an opponent like Houston that are home off a road favored win if the total is more than 7. These games have stayed under 89% of the time. NY has gone under in 5 of 6 and 12 of 15 after scoring 5+ runs. Houston has gone under 8 of 9 on Thursdays and 25 of 34 after allowing 2 or less runs. Severino has been much better in night games and Garcia has been solid for Houston. Look for this game to stay under. On Thursday another Big card is up with the N.L. West Play of the Month, a 5* WNBA Play and more. MLB Now ranked #1 on multiple sites. See us at goldencontender@aol.com or on facebook/twitter to jump on. For the MLB Comp play. Go Under NYY at Houston. Rob Vinciletti
June 30th MLB Plays
We had a disappointing 0-2 Wednesday where we once again lost by the hook on the Braves TT. I’m rolling with 2 plays for tonight looking to bounce back and carry some momentum into the weekend. To receive a text when I release/add any plays, join my Telegram group!
*MLB(1u): Astros ML(+110) vs Yankees–5:10 PM CT
After a doozy of a series in Yankee Stadium last weekend, we’re in for another treat this weekend. While the Yanks found a way to split that 4 game set last weekend, they were outplayed and overmatched in each of the 4 games, going 16 innings without a hit at one point. While the offense managed to put up some runs in this week’s series vs the Athletics, they failed to eclipse the 8 hit mark in any of those 3 games. I still wouldn’t say this offense is in very good current form. Astros SP Luis Garcia has been extremely reliable for the Astros this season(1.07 WHIP); while his home ERA sits at 5.18, his WHIP at 1.09 is an indicator he’s run into some tough luck at his home ballpark. Garcia held a 2.39 ERA and 1.01 WHIP at Minute Maid last season, and I think he’s capable of holding down this Yanks lineup tonight.
Yankees SP Luis Severino pitched well against the Astros last weekend, but he enters this game at a heavy disadvantage; pitchers having to face the same lineup for the second straight time is one of the hardest spots in baseball. We saw the Astros take advantage in this same spot earlier this week, crushing Mets SP Carlos Carrasco for 6 runs in just 4 innings. After a slow start, the Astros have really started to get the bats hot at Minute Maid, entering tonight with a league-leading 150 wRC+ in their home ballpark this month. One note: Yordan Alvarez and Jeremy Peña collided late in yesterday’s game and both had to leave the game. I would say Alvarez took the worst of that exchange, but from my eyes, Peña should be able to play today. I’m comfortable playing on the Astros even without those two guys, although I’d like at least one of them in the lineup.
I give the Astros the slight edge in the bullpen. They needed Ryan Pressly in the 9th inning yesterday but are overall much fresher than the Yanks’ pen. Yankees closer Clay Holmes will almost certainly be unavailable after throwing 38 pitches over the past two days. I’ll take my chances with the Astros in the later innings as the Yankees have to stretch roles in the back-end of their ‘pen with Aroldis Chapman still out.
*MLB(1u): Mariners -1.5(-105) vs Athletics–9:10 PM CT
The Athletics will be overmatched facing off against Mariners SP Logan Gilbert tonight. Gilbert has had an impressive sophomore campaign for Seattle, carrying a 2.44 ERA and 1.09 WHIP into tonight’s start. He holds a sub-1.00 WHIP in his home ballpark and has recorded 5 scoreless outings on the season. The A’s rank 29th in wRC+ vs righties this season and (as you might expect) have had no success stepping up in competition.
The Mariners offense was in a bit of a rut entering last night’s game, but they erupted for 11 hits and 9 runs in a blowout win. They’ll get an easy matchup today facing rookie SP Adrian Martinez. With this being Martinez’s 2nd big league start, we need to dip into his minor league numbers. Last year in AAA, Martinez recorded an ugly 5.28 ERA and 1.52 WHIP; this year in Triple A, it was much more of the same(5.63 ERA, 1.41 WHIP). By my estimation, Martinez is in the big leagues out of necessity, not because he deserves to be.
The Mariners also hold a MAJOR edge in the later innings. Seattle’s bullpen ranks 3rd in bullpen WHIP, while the Athletics’ bullpen ranks 28th in that same category.
Premiums, 6.30
You’re probably pissed about MLB. So am I. I’ve been super confident in my plays the last two days so to see those results has my mind spinning. I’ll be reducing our exposure for a little and redirecting our funds to other opportunities. Then maybe we’ll have more plays in the near-future. For now, MLB can kiss my hairy white ass.

Wrigley Field continues to welcome the Cincinnati Reds as they face the hometown Chicago Cubs tonight under the lights. The Reds will send out rookie right-hander Hunter Greene while the Cubs will counter with lefty Justin Steele. Some could say Greene has had a rude awakening in the big leagues, owning a 5.66 ERA and 5.71 FIP in 70 innings pitched this season. Although the rookie has be striking guys out at a high clip, his Achilles heel is allowing base runners and giving up homeruns. Greene ranks dead last with a 2.57 HR/9 out of 113 starters that have pitched at least 50 innings this season. The Cubbies starter owns a 1.33 WHIP, .268 BABIP and 4.35 xFIP at home this season. After these 2 pitchers give way to their bullpens, look for a couple more runs to be scored as both pens rank in the bottom third of the league in WHIP, FIP and runs scored over the past month. Specifically, the Cubs bullpen has allowed 91 runs this month! The second highest is the Marlins with 68. Cincy ranks 5th worst. The Reds have been in the middle of the pack offensively all season and of late but could take advantage of Chicago’s mediocre defense. The Cubs come into this one ranked in the bottom third in errors but, offensively, own a top 10 wOBA over the past week and month. This shows potential to be a double digit total. Take Over 7.5

The White Sox of Chicago are in Anaheim to face the Los Angeles Angels in a rubber match at Angel Stadium tonight. In the first 2 games of the series, they have averaged 11 runs per game. Tonight, the White Sox will go with right hander Michael Kopech to hone the mound. He owns a 3.21 ERA, .310 opponent wOBA, 1.25 WHIP, 1.29 HR/9, .271 BABIP and 4.21 FIP (exactly 1 run higher than his ERA). Does that mean regression in around the corner? Maybe…or did it already start? In his past 5 starts, Kopech has posted a 5.23 ERA, .325 opponent wOBA, 1.31 WHIP and 5.51 FIP while still owning a very lucky .236 BABIP. I expect the negative regression to continue tonight. The Angels are going with last year’s MVP, Shohei Ohtani. The righty has been good at home this season, posting a 2.45 ERA, 0.85 and 2.65 FIP but does have a very lucky .238 BABIP. In 12 starts this season, Ohtani has only gotten past the 6th inning three times and thats what we are banking on in this one. Why? because the bullpens can give up a good amount of runs in this one, especially since the pitching has been taxed in the past 2 games. In the past month, both pens rank 21st and 22nd in ERA and 21st and 23rd in opponent batting average. Unlike last season, the ChiSox are scoring more on the road (4.33) than they are at home (4.11) while the Angels are the opposite scoring 4.37 runs at home compared to 3.97 on the road. If the White Sox bats can force Ohtani out of this game before the 7th inning, this total will get close to 9. Take Over 7.5 runs
