Week 1 CFB Plays(Part 2/2)

2021 CFB Record: 106-88-1, +27.35u

2022 CFB Record: 1-0, +1.5u

I released four Week 1 Best Bets last night. Since then, I’ve finalized my Week 1 card(for now) with a few additional 1u-or-less plays. Check out my YouTube channel for individual game breakdowns, and if you’d like to receive a text when I release/add any plays, join my Telegram group!

*CFB(1u): Colorado +14 vs TCU–Fri 9/2; 9 PM CT

*CFB(1u): UCLA -23 vs Bowling Green–Sat 9/3; 1:30 PM CT

I think UCLA will make waves here in 2022. Chip Kelly inherited a broken program, and it has undeniably taken him some time to get the Bruins back on the right track. Last year’s team finished at 8-4 but oftentimes played like a 10-win team when QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson was healthy. DTR is now entering his 5th year as a collegiate starter and has all the makings of a guy who’s set for a massive senior season. His completion percentage has steadily increased over the past 4 years, and his prescence as a runner(over 600 yards on the ground last year) makes him a nightmare to match up across. I project DTR will finish right around that 9 Y/A mark this year. Chip Kelly also has a true bruiser at RB with Zach Charbonnet back for another year. Charbonnet flashed his potential at Michigan and erupted for a 1,100+ yard season in 2021 that saw him tally over 5.5 YPC and punch in 13 TD’s. This Bowling Green front 7 might be solid by MAC standards, but they do not have the talent to handle this QB/RB tandem. UCLA is breaking in a plethora of new(but talented) WR’s, and this is a great opponent to do so against considering Bowling Green’s secondary(specifically safeties) figure to be this defense’s weakness.

Bowling Green’s offense ranked 128th out of 130 FBS teams a year ago by my offensive efficiency metrics; that’s behind well-known bottom dwellers such as UMASS and UCONN. QB Matt McDonald threw for just 6.5 Y/A last year, and he won’t get much help from his run game. UCLA actually has a very solid front 4 defensively, and their LB core got a boost via Hawaii transfer Darius Muasau. Perhaps their back 7 is still vulnerable in some of their tougher Pac12 matchups, but I don’t worry about how they’ll fare against what was the 3rd worst offense in CFB last year.

I don’t understand the market move towards Bowling Green here. I’m higher on UCLA than most and think that they could very well finish behind Utah in the Pac12 South Standings this year. I never imagined this would drop below 24, so I’ll play this at a pretty valuable number.

*CFB(1u): Ohio State -17 vs Notre Dame–Sat 9/3; 6:30 PM CT

I know we could’ve gotten a slightly better number earlier this week, but, if anything, the push towards Ohio State keeps this a 1u play instead of a best bet. Notre Dame being ranked or even thought of as a Top 5 team is absolutely laughable. While this team has a high floor considering its experienced OL, solid defense, and the presence of TE Michael Mayer, they simply lack the offensive firepower that it’s going to take to hang with the 2022 Buckeyes. QB Tyler Buchner is still very early in his development curve; in a limited sample size last year, he completed less than 60% of his passes and threw as many INT’s as he did TD’s. For as good as TE Michael Mayer is, Notre Dame lacks difference-making WR’s on the outside, whether it be due to injuries in Fall Camp or just the roster cycle of this Irish roster. Additionally, neither returning RB eclipsed the 5 YPC mark last year, with Chris Tyree coming in at an extremely underwhelming 4.1 YPC. I believe Jim Knowles will make an instant impact as Ohio State’s DC because the Buckeyes’ issues last year had a lot more to do with scheme/alignment than it did talent. If you don’t believe me, go watch the Oregon game.

I could spew about Ohio State’s offense for days, but to keep it short, this is my #1 offense in the country entering 2022. CJ Stroud’s 2021 numbers(71%, 9.8 Y/A, 38 TD vs 5 INT) read like scripture, the Buckeyes have the best WR in the country with young talent knocking on the doorstep, and RB Trayveon Henderson(1255 yards, 6.8 YPC, 15 TDs) is back after a stellar true freshman season. 1st year Notre Dame DC Al Golden is going to have to pick his poison with this offense, likely to no avail.

Notre Dame HC Marcus Freeman is an unproven commodity as a head coach. If last year’s Fiesta Bowl was any indication, he has a long way to go to get to the level of Ryan Day. I think the Buckeyes come out and make a statement, winning this “primetime” game by 20+.

*2 Team Teaser(0.5u): West Virginia +13.5 @ Pitt AND UTSA +10.5 vs Houston–Thu 9/1; 6 PM CT

WVU HC Neal Brown has tried to get the most out of his prior 2 QB’s(Austin Kendall, Jarrett Doege), but now he finally has a true difference-making threat at that position with the import of former 5-star JT Daniels. The last time we saw Daniels over an extended stretch in 2020, he was playing as well as any QB in America(over 10 Y/A). Paired with OC Graham Harrell, a coach he worked with back in his days at USC, and I think you have an instantly upgraded passing game. Pitt can get after the QB as well as any front 4 in the country, but thankfully, WVU returns all 5 starters on the OL and won’t feature too many slow-developing plays. What we saw from Pitt’s offense(from a style perspective) in 2021 is a total one-off fluke in my opinion. Prior to last year, Pat Narduzzi was notorious for his ultra-conservative nature; all offseason, he has bitched about how he wished they would’ve run the ball more despite having a Heisman-level QB. I’m not as high on Pitt QB and former USC transfer Kedon Slovis, so I think the Panthers will have a tough time closing this game out with this apparent shift back to the run-first offense. As mediocre as Neal Brown has been in his 3 years in Morgantown, he has played a lot of superior teams close to the tune of 1-possession losses. If these teams were to match up later in the year, I think WVU would have better odds here. Still, I think this ends in one-possession fashion.

Houston is extremely one-dimensional offensively; they lost their RB1 Alton McCaskill to a season ending injury and will now have to rely on Ta’Zhawn Henry(career 4.4 YPC) to establish some sort of run game. Houston’s OL is also a bit of a concern, returning just 2 starters. Even last year, this was anything but a strength for the Cougars offense. UTSA won the Conference-USA last year and is extremely experienced on the offensive side. QB Frank Harris held a 5:1 TD/INT ratio a year ago and is well-built for this system. He returns all 3 of his top WR targets from a year ago; I think this unit can take advantage of a Houston secondary that must replace their top 2 CB’s from last year’s squad. I think the Roadrunners are live to win this game outright, but I’d feel much better expecting them to keep it within 1 possession.

*CFB(0.32u): North Texas ML(+310) vs SMU–Sat 9/3: 6:30 PM CT

SMU is always an “eye candy” type of team that is disappointing on the defensive side of the ball. While their DL should be the strength of this unit, the back 7 is shaky at best. North Texas got its feet wet with a hard-nosed Week 0 win at UTEP, and considering that was around a “PK” price, it was a one-sided route. SMU’s passing game should be good, but Tanner Mordecai did have his issues with INT’s(12) a year ago. Getting over 3:1 odds with the home ‘dog here is outrageous considering how bad I expect SMU’s defense to be.

Premiums, 8.31 and Beyond

It’s Wednesday, we’re so close to constant football, and we have some actual ATS plays in tennis today. Let’s, fooooooking, go!

U.S. Open Picks 8.31:

Ons Jabeur/Elizabeth Mandlik 1st set over 9 (-115), to win 0.5 units
Jabeur loves to flirt with her opponent early and then she usually smashes. Mandlik is talented enough and determined enough to keep the first set close; we think it ends 6-4.

Harriet Dart (-140), to win 1.5 units
I admit I’m a little in love with this chick, but for good reason on the tennis court. She’s a rising star IMO, tenacious and skilled, and her opponent today is significantly less groomed than her 1st match. Dart wins with authority.
Andy Murray/Emilio Nava over 35 (-110), to win 1 unit
Nava is a 20 year old American who was extremely feisty in his first match in the Open. Racing all over the court, his energy will be palpable and could throw off the aging Murray, who’s in defense-mode these days and probably can’t match the intensity Nava will bring. Nava is young and flawed, but I think he draws his best effort and this goes over!

Previously Written Premiums:

WNBA Playoffs (1-9, -10.66 units):

Storm/Aces under 169.5 (-110), to win 1.5 units
Just way too high for a series that should be continually testy. The Aces can play better defense than what they’re showing and Sue Bird won’t just run over them in every game. Expect a battle and the Aces to win, wouldn’t make a bad parlay.

CFB Week 1 Picks (2-1-1, +.0.2 units)

Ball State/Tennessee under 68 (-110), to win 1.5 units
The Volunteers probably should be a top 25 team but preseason rankings are usually terribly inaccurate. We lean towards Ball State (+34.5), that’s a huge line for Week 1 and this is a huge game for the Cardinals, who had a down year in 2021 at 6-7 but usually they’re one of the more formidable offenses in the MAC. This just isn’t a great matchup for them to regain confidence. The Volunteers’ defense is better than advertised, in our opinion, and I think Ball St., who still has plenty of kinks to figure out, won’t get on the scoreboard very much on Thursday. I’m on the under.
West Virginia +7.5 (-110), to win 1.5 units
This line has gone up and we think it’s gone up too much. JT Daniels, the transfer from GA and USC, has yet to reach his full potential but he’s in a good spot to prove he can hang with the big boys in Week 1 against a dominant Pitt defensive line. Fortunately the Mountaineers bring a veteran, highly-skilled offensive line and while they’ll likely make mistakes and blow some coverages on defense (they’re young and inexperienced), Pitt doesn’t have soaring offensive talent and I think this game is more evenly matched than people think. Taking the dog.
Purdue +3.5 (-110), to win 2 units
Purdue ML (+140), to win 1.4 units
This is a BIG game at Purdue for both teams who are trending in opposite directions. Penn State has no momentum to speak of heading into this season. Hopes were high in 2021 but we saw them stumble badly down the stretch. Sometimes hype and belief can get you far, but we think the Nittany Lions showed their true selves at the end of last year’s campaign. Meanwhile Aidan O’Connell, the surging 6th year ultimate senior, returns as Purdue’s starting QB after a great year. He earned nearly 4,000 passing yards, threw for 28 TDs and only 11 INTs, he’s a good decision maker, and Purdue’s offense is bound to get more potent with Iowa transfer Tyrone Tracy joining the mix and enough talent to keep Brohm’s complex, high-octane offense in gear. I think it’ll be too much for Penn State, who just doesn’t have elite talent on offense and a defense that largely depended on turnovers last year. This is the Boilermakers’ game to lose.

Notre Dame +15 (-110), to win 1.5 units
Notre Dame +17.5 (-105),  to win 1.5 units
Everyone loves the Buckeyes and for good reason. They’re absolutely loaded with talent, especially on offense, and CJ Stroud is set to have a big year. That’s all fine and good, but there’s one area where Ohio State could be very vulnerable; their offensive line. Play schemes to accommodate speed make elite O-line play less important in college football, but Lindy’s preseason magazine, a highly touted and respected source for college football before the Week 1 kickoff, ranks the Irish as having the 4th best secondary AND defensive line in the country. Ohio State lacks O-line depth and arguably their best lineman, a 3 year sophomore, is coming off an ACL tear last season. Notre Dame is fired up under their new head coach and although they still have many question marks on offense, their showing against Oklahoma State in Marcus Freeman’s first game as HC is a good sign that this program will fight for their new leader. On top of that, Ohio State owns an unimpressive +9 margin against their last 15 ranked opponents, dating back 3 seasons under Ryan Day. Last season they beat Utah by only 3, Michigan by 15, Penn State by 9 and they lost outright to Oregon. Their one impressive showing vs ranked opponents last year was a win against an overrated Purdue team, ZzZzZ. Long story short – Notre Dame’s legacy is full of pride and they know they’re a big underdog heading into this contest. With Ohio State’s proclivity to let down and demonstrate underwhelming production despite their overwhelming talent, we have to take the Irish in Week 1.

Week 1 CFB Best Bets

We started off the CFB season with a 1-0, +1.5u Week 0! Last year, I hit at a 55% clip in CFB(106-88-1) and netted +27.35u.

I will roll my full card out throughout the week, but I have locked in 4 plays to date that I would classify as my “best bets”.

Check out my YouTube channel for video breakdowns of numerous Week 1 games. If you’d like to receive a text when I release/add any plays, join my Telegram group!

*CFB(1.5u): Boston College -7(-110) vs Rutgers–Sat 9/3; 11 AM CT

This was worthy of being a 2u play, but since I am going to have Boston College involved in a ML Parlay, I decided to stick with this as a 1.5u.

Boston College was poised for a breakthrough 2021 season until QB Phil Jurkovec went down early in the season to an injury. Down with him went Boston College’s chances to move the football as backup QB Dennis Grosel was truly one of the worst QB’s in the country. Jurkovec came back from injury before he was ready because that’s how desperate the Golden Eagles were for steady QB play. With a full offseason of recovery, I think Jurkovec is one of the breakout candidates you have to watch for in CFB. It won’t all fall on Jurkovec’s shoulders, however; RB Phil Garwo had a 1,000 yard season a year ago at an efficient 5.1 YPC. I expect that efficiency to uptick with a viable passer back in the fold. Jurkovec also has a plethora of options on the outside, led by difference-maker Zay Flowers.

While Boston College’s OL is young, I don’t think this is the type of matchup where they’ll get exploited. Greg Schiano has done a solid job in his attempt at rebuilding Rutgers, but he’s still too early into the gig to have this team where it needs to be in the trenches. While their pass rushing was set to be a strength entering this year, that dream took a hit when they lost EDGE piece Mohamed Toure to a season-ending knee injury in fall camp. The Scarlet Knights also project to be pretty weak at the LB level; not only does that give Garwo a favorable matchup, but it also allows Jurkovec and his weapons to take advantage in the RPO/intermediate passing game.

What ultimately makes me so strong in this play is my belief that Boston College’s defense can dominate this game. Jeff Hafley is a defensive-minded HC that led this unit to being one of the top 5 passing defenses in the country a year ago. Yes, they need to be better against the run… or do they(in this matchup)? Rutgers had not one RB over 4 YPC last year, and with the OL figuring to be a weakness once again, I think Boston College’s run defense will hold up well. Schiano has kept his QB decision close to the vest, but it’s pretty inconsequential to me. I hope that Noah Vedral gets the nod given he threw for just 6.2 Y/A a year ago and has a 1:1 TD/INT ratio over his career. Gavin Wismatt is the much higher-upside player, but why would I trust him in his first collegiate start against one of the best passing defenses in America?

I thought about isolating the Rutgers TT UNDER here, but I am staunch in my belief that Jurkovec and this offense are set to overperform expectations in a pretty big way.

*CFB(1.5u): Oregon/Georgia UNDER 53.5(-110)–Sat 9/3; 2:30 PM CT

It has been well-publicized that Georgia lost many of their best defensive players from last year’s record-setting team to the NFL. While I certainly do not expect this defense to be as dominant as last year’s was(how could they be?), this will almost certainly still be one of the best defenses in the country. Kirby Smart rotates his DL quite a bit, meaning the guys stepping into starting roles there already have quite a bit of experience at this level. OLB and pass rushing as a whole figures to be a strength, as does secondary with Kelee Ringo manning the CB1 spot and a pair of very reliable safeties. Bo Nix transferred to Oregon only to have to make his first start as a Duck against a team that’s haunted him over his college career. Nix is a mobile guy that has shined at times, but he’s an incredibly inconsistent passer. Perhaps that changes with his move to the Pac-12(I’d lean towards it not changing), but at just 7.1 Y/A last year, I don’t see Nix beating Georgia through the air. Oregon’s WR are young, meaning I think their best football comes later in the season. Oregon RB Byron Caldwell shined as a freshman in more of a secondary role, but we’ve yet to see how he adjusts to being more of a bell cow back. With Georgia being so steady at that OLB spot, I think this Georgia D can limit Caldwell’s HR ability and force Georgia into some obvious passing downs.

There aren’t very many teams built to match Georgia’s physicality, but Oregon very well might be one of them. Even with the loss of Kayvon Thibodeaux, Oregon’s DL is supremely talented thanks to former HC Mario Cristobal putting so much stock into recruiting the trenches. LB Noah Sewell might be one of the best 2nd-level players in CFB, and his counterpart Justin Flowe could’ve taken his talents to any school in America. While Oregon did lose one of their key CB’s from last year’s team, I still have high expectations for this mostly experienced secondary. I say all this to say: This is an SEC-caliber opponent for Georgia’s offense. I’ve sung the praises of QB Stetson Bennett all offseason(being over 10 Y/A doesn’t go unnoticed), and this is obviously a team that’ll be stout along their OL. Still, I do think Oregon can limit the effectiveness of the Bulldogs’ running game and take advantage of some of the inexperience at that position. Georgia has the best TE room in the country(and it’s not close), but they lose a lot of WR production off of last year’s team.

Ultimately, pace is a big consideration with this play. Georgia ran less than 64 plays/game last year(119th in CFB), and given my concerns with Oregon’s passing game, they should be able to play this game at their pace. Still, Oregon has the jimmies-and-joes to match up as well as any with the defending National Champ. I expect Georgia to win comfortably, but in rather low-scoring fashion.

*CFB(1.5u): BYU/South Florida UNDER 58(-110)–Sat 9/3; 3 PM CT

I’m very high on BYU this year, but this is not a game where you’ll see them throw out the kitchen sink offensively. The Cougars host Baylor in Provo next weekend, a game they are absolutely looking ahead to. Last year, we saw this same scenario play out. BYU hosted rival Utah at home in Week 2 but first needed to take care of business against lowly Arizona. Rather than reveal all his cards, Kalani Sitake was comfortable with a 24-16 win in which BYU was content with playing ball control in the 2nd Half.

South Florida got a sizable upgrade in their QB room with the addition of former Baylor QB Gerry Bohanon. Bohanon was a great game-manager for Baylor last year, but this is a completely different role that I have my doubts about. Bohanon had a great run game at his disposal last year, something he almost certainly won’t have at South Florida. Baylor’s OL was also very steady, whereas the Bulls have gotten routinely manhandled up front in their tougher matchups under HC Jeff Scott. If Gerry Bohanon was truly a game-changing QB threat, Dave Aranda wouldn’t have named him the backup after spring ball and let him transfer out of the program. BYU has a very trustworthy back 7 that I expect to limit chunk plays.

BYU QB Jaren Hall is a very undervalued commodity in my opinion, but BYU’s run game will almost certainly regress after losing Ty Allgeier. Christopher Brooks from California was a solid pick up, but I don’t think he’s much of a threat to break off splash runs consistently.

BYU ranked 100th in pace last year and will want to get this game over as quickly as possible.

*CFB(1u): Coastal Carolina ML(-130) vs Army–Sat 9/3; 6 PM CT

This is obviously not a multi-unit play, but I see enough value here to include it with my other best bets.

I don’t think people realize just how efficient this Coastal Carolina offense was last year. QB Grayson McCall is the centerpiece of a pseudo-option offense that left opposing defenses in shambles. The Chants’ top 2 projected RB’s both averaged over 7 YPC last year(that’s not a typo), and McCall is a huge threat with his legs. While you might think Army would be prepared to face a run-heavy attack, that idea gets negated when you consider McCall’s acumen as a passer. In 2021, McCall completed 73% of his passes at over 12 Y/A(!) and recorded a near 8:1 TD/INT ratio. While he loses a lot of playmakers on the outside, if you were to watch Coastal Football, you would know that a lot of their vertical passing hits are schemed open more than anything. Army is replacing a lot of production at the LB position and didn’t show the acumen in their pass defense a year ago to where I think they can keep CCU off the field.

Army obviously runs a very old-school, option-style offense. Given how rare this style is in CFB, it can be hard to know how opposing defenses adjust the the one-off nature of facing the Black Knights. Coastal’s defense might’ve underperformed a year ago, but I do expect to see progression from this group. If anything, facing the CCU offense throughout spring ball and fall camp should make the Chants feel comfortable with how they match up with Army. Army is breaking in a new starter at QB(he does have experience but has seldom started), and I view their OL as a bit of a question mark entering 2022.

Seeing Coastal Carolina’s TT under 30 made a play on the OVER appealing, but this is going to be a super quick game where possessions are few and far in between. If you don’t believe me, go watch Army vs Oklahoma back in 2018 where the Black Knights kept Kyler Murray off the field all night. With all that said, CCU is so efficient offensively that, combined with my concerns surrounding Army’s O early in the season, I think we’re getting too much value to pass up backing a proven winner at home under the lights.

August 30th, MLB Free Picks

I know everyone is gearing up for football season, but let’s not forget about the MLB.

Below I have 3 Free Picks for you.

Orioles/Guardians u8 (-120)
Guardians’ starter Cal Quantrill is having a great month of August. In five starts, he is 3-0 with a 2.25 ERA. Across those five starts, he has only given up eight earned runs with 23 strikeouts.

As for Baltimore starter, Spenser Watkins is 1-3 with a 3.81 ERA and 18 strikeouts over his last five starts.
If there is any action in this game, I’d expect it to come in the first half, as Baltimore and Cleveland have one of the better bullpens in the league.

The Orioles bullpen has the 5th best ERA (3.19) and 10th best SIERA (3.47), as Cleveland has the 4th best ERA (3.18) and 3rd best SIERA (3.23) in the MLB.

Phillies ML (-131)
I like tonight’s sport for Aaron Nola and the Phillies. Nola is coming off a complete-game shutout against the Cincinnati Reds, and I believe he carries over the momentum against a hot Arizona lineup.

In August, Aaron Nola is 2-2 with a 2.25 ERA and 33 strikeouts. The advance metrics also back up his great month of August. Nola has posted a 2.46 xFIP, .296 BABIP, and a K% of 30% while opposing batters are hitting a miserable .210.

Tampa Bay Rays’ Shane McClanahan to Record the Win (+100)
McClanahan is 11-5 with a 2.20 ERA this season. Over his last four starts, he is 1-1 with two no-decisions, mainly because of his offense’s lack of run support. Those two no-decisions came from his last two starts; in those starts, Shane has given up two earned runs while striking out 17 batters.

McClanahan has the advantage of taking on a Marlins team that has lost 11 of its last 17 games and has more than three runs in only 3 of those games.

August 30th MLB Plays

An 0-1 Monday brings my overall MLB record to 148-138-6, +3.67u. It’s been a suboptimal 4 day stretch, but I’m rolling with 2 plays for tonight looking to get us back on track! To receive a text when I release/add any plays, join my Telegram group!

*MLB(1u): Mets TT OVER 3.5(-120) vs Dodgers–6:10 PM CT

Dodgers SP Andrew Heaney has started out hot this year, but context matters. The heavy fly-ball lefty has fared well at Dodger Stadium, but he’s shown the same signs of leakiness on the road, allowing 1.7 HR/9 away from home this year. Considering he allowed 2 HR/9 in 2021, this is a theme I expect to continue. You might not think of Citi Field as a “hitters park”, but it will certainly play like one tonight. A wind of 13-14 mph expects to be blowing out by the time this one starts, giving hitters a significant edge. The Mets offense has been steady against lefties in this role(112 wRC+ since June 1st) and are equipped to take advantage of Heaney’s fly-ball nature in this spot.

The Dodgers have one of the best bullpens in the game, but I was priced out of isolating this TT in the first 5 innings. The reality is that, if Heaney were being priced according to his true value on the road and his career numbers(4.55 ERA), this number would be at 4.5. I feel comfortable firing on this at a low number and reasonable price.

*MLB(1u): Pirates/Brewers OVER 9(-105)–7:10 PM CT

Brewers SP Jason Alexander is simply not a major-league caliber arm. The righty brings a 5.26 ERA and 1.62 WHIP into tonight’s start, is striking out less than 5 batters per 9 innings, and is allowing an astounding 32% of balls to be hit 95+ mph. The Pirates are… the Pirates, but they have scored 5 runs in each of their past 2 ballgames. This is a AAA caliber arm that I expect them to get after.

Pirates SP Mitch Keller is the exact type of righty that the Brewers have crushed this season. Keller brings a 4.50 ERA and 1.48 WHIP into tonight’s start and is in poor current form having allowed 9 ER across his last 11 innings. The Brewers had a well-documented poor start to the month of August, but this is an offense that’s turned a corner; they’ve scored nearly 6.5 runs/game over their last 5 games. You can’t trust Milwaukee against a good arm, but these are the spots they feast in and pad their numbers.

Milwaukee has needed to dig deep into their bullpen each of the past 2 nights. Closer Devon Williams will be unavailable today, which is a huge hit to a very shallow bullpen. Given Alexander doesn’t figure to go deep in this game, I absolutely want my money against these set of Milwaukee middle-relievers that have boggled down their bullpen numbers all year. The Pirates rank 27th in bullpen WHIP and are still without Closer David Bednar, making them a very easy unit to fade.

The Premier League Comp Play is on Chelsea at 2:45 eastern. Chelsea takes on South Hampton here today and they are coming off a nice 2-1 win over Leicester in a match where they played the whole second half with just 10 men on the pitch. Last time they played here in April they emerged with a 6-0 win and have now scored 3 or more in 3 of the last 4 against South Hampton. Chelsea has better current form and South Hampton has been a mess in the back field and have conceded at an alarming rate early on int his season. They are a prime candidate for relegation of they dont start to improve. That said we look for Chelsea to get a win here. On Tuesday we have a massive MLB Card led by a 6* Top rated Side backed with a 28-1 Power System. We have U.S Open Tennis which went 2-0 on Monday and the SERIE 1 Soccer Game of the Month. See us at goldencontender@aol.com or on twitter/facebook to Jump on now as we continue to cash. For the EPL Play. Go with Chelsea. Rob V- Golden Contender Sports

U.S. Open Parlay Legs and Premium Notes

Please readLately I’ve been receiving a lot of inquiries about my picks. That’s all fine and good, but please keep the following in mind:

  1. Just because you paid for my picks does not mean that you “must” take them. If you think I bet too many times on one team or you don’t like my unit allocation on a particular day, don’t trail me! Nothing requires you to do so and you’re your own human. Follow your own instincts before anyone else.
  2. You bought my picks because you’re confident in my ability. You should be, I’m pretty damn good at this and at my core I believe I’m sharper than those who claim to be the sharpest. I don’t care what anyone says in that regard, quite frankly. At the same time, there are absolutely no guarantees in gambling and it’s feasible that any handicapper could go on a long, long losing streak. That would suck for all of us, but there’s a pretense out there that handicappers are gods or some kind of sorcerers. That’s some looney shit; please don’t think that way of me.
  3. We WILL have losing weeks in the NFL and NBA this season. No doubt about it.
  4. Regardless, I wouldn’t post any picks unless I feel very confident about them.
K cool, love you, happy Tuesday, let’s move onto premium tennis parlay legs:
